Charlotte first worked for Howard & Co. in the summer of 2000 after completing her GCSEs and went on to rejoin the firm on a permanent basis in early 2012. Having obtained a BA (Hons) degree from Leeds University in 2006, she began her career with the firm as an assistant in the matrimonial department before moving into conveyancing and wills & probate.
Since the opening of the Penistone branch in 2014, Charlotte has been based there and has steadily developed her expertise in property law. She became a fee earner in the Conveyancing Department in August 2021 and now handles a wide range of residential matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold transactions, and new build conveyancing, under the supervision of Andrew Baines.
Born and raised in Penistone, Charlotte is proud to serve her local community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family.
