Gaynor joined Howard & Co. in July 2025 and is a Chartered Legal Executive who began her legal career in 2001 as a secretary and assistant before qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2005. Prior to joining Howard & Co., Gaynor spent 23 years with her previous firm, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of conveyancing.
She understands how stressful moving home can be and is dedicated to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible for her clients. Known for her professionalism and empathy, Gaynor consistently receives excellent feedback, including recent messages of appreciation from clients who praised her for her clear communication, support, and reassurance throughout their transactions.
Outside of work, Gaynor enjoys reading, taking scenic walks in the Lake District, and spending time with her family. She is also a long-standing supporter of Cash for Kids Mission Christmas South Yorkshire, helping to raise funds for children and families living in poverty.
